TV Show doesn't play smoothly

Symptoms When a TV Show is loaded the video and the audio stops and starts intermittently. Cause The problem you report most probably caused by a broadband connection not fast enough to handle the video stream or just a temporary network congestion. Resolution There is one easy solution for this, when you load the TV Show, at the bottom left of the screen you will find a Pause button (two parallel straight lines). So it can be presed at the moment the show loads and wait for 1 minute or so, this will allow the computer to buffer a piece of the show. Pressing the button again (now a triangle) will play the TV Show smoothly. | |
